RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Returns

Eligibility

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at barkeyspain@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4-10 days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request an exchange.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at barkeyspain@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item you would like to receive.

  2. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items
